DISTRIBUTION STATION

| The
distribution station, organized as separate branch, represents a recent
and valuable acquisition, made by ROMENERGO which enhances ROMENERGO's
abilities in energy field. Placed in an industrial area of Bucharest
town and stretching on about 15,000 square meters surface, the station
has an installed capacity of 446 MVA and attends, at the present, 60
customers with a power demand of 69 MVA. The professionals working in
the distribution station provide not only energy supply and
distribution services, but maintenance and rapid intervention too. |

| The
MHC stations, represents a recent
and valuable acquisition, made by ROMENERGO which enhances ROMENERGO's
abilities in energy field. Romenergo acquired:
Gainesti(122 kW), Malini(249 kW), Poiana Marului(565 kW), Suha Mare(515 kW), Valeni(506 kW) on Suha Mare River Basin
and Slatina(878 kW) on Suha Mica River Basin , all located in Suceava County.
